Distance At-Home Training

one-on-one video-linked training in the comfort of your own home

Ever wish that you could connect with a reputable fit-pro on your own schedule without wasting time driving to the gym? Elevated Fitness is making it happen by pioneering this blend of technology and wellness.

We are currently looking for a few folks to help us work out the kinks in our video-linked training. Participants will receive three 60-minute sessions for FREE! All we ask in return is honest feedback regarding the set-up and how we can make this the best experience possible for our distance training clients.

Requirements for beta sessions:

  • Reliable, high-speed internet (precise speed to be determined through Beta sessions)
  • Webcam or built-in camera on smartphone, tablet or computer. Said camera must be set up to view workout space.
  • MINIMUM 6' x 6' workout space. Hard flooring (concrete, tile, etc.) is preferred over carpet, but both will work. Garage is great if you can handle the temperature.
  • Access to any workout equipment that you might have at home. This includes weights (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, slam balls, etc.) and machines (indoor trainer, treadmill, elliptical, endless pool - how awesome would that be?? -, etc.). No equipment? Not a big deal.

Can a friend or family member join me in my training sessions?

Absolutely. In fact, we would love to have a few multiple-person sessions (2, 3, or 4) to test. Just keep in mind that multiples must be at the same location and everyone must have enough clearance for a safe workout. It's all fun and games until your husband gets kicked in the stomach while you knock out those mountain climbers...

If I like the beta sessions, how much will it cost to continue when the real program debuts?

We are still working on the details, but Beta participants will receive special discounted pricing. Regular pricing will likely range somewhere between $25-$45 per session for one-on-one. Additional participants add a few dollars to each session.

What time of day or night can I schedule my Beta sessions?

Just like at a "real" location, scheduling is totally up to you and your trainer.

If I want to continue with distance training after Beta, how much will it cost?

We are still working out the details, but Beta participants will receive a discounted rate on distance training. Regular pricing will likely range from $25-$45 per 60-minute session. Shorter sessions may exist. There will be a small charge for each additional participant in video-linked distance training.

Beta sessions begin February 2016.
