Recommended Gear for At-Home Clients
Pullup Bar - Your local superstore sells mount-free options for about $25. Or click the link to the right for a more sturdy device.
TRX - Mount over a door, basketball post, tree, or install a simple $3 metal mounting bracket into your garage or basement I-beam.
Superbands - scale from small to large amounts of resistance. Space-saving tool great for any fitness tool kit.
Exercise Bands/Tubinh - Nice alternative to dumbbells.
Swiss Ball / Stability Ball - It’s not just for sit-ups anymore.
Dumbbells or Kettlebells (right)- Ladies should have 5 - 25# (at least), Gents should have 10 - 45#. Talk with Amy or Meryl to see what weights will best suit your needs.
Foam Roller - This handy tool is great for self massage, but also great for stability exercises. The 12” round is a nice (and affordable) place to start, but the 3’ round is easier to balance on.
