Although not a necessity, having a buddy take your measurements is very helpful, and the process takes less than 2 minutes.
Trainer Hack: Until you or your buddy has done about a hundred client measurements, it's ok to measure each area about 3 times and record the average for each location. With a little practice, you or your friend will quickly get a feel for the proper amount of tension without cutting off any of your blood supply!
PHOTOS: Some people like to submit a photo when they start a new training regimen, but that's totally up to you. If you'd like to do so, keep it to yourself or have Amy hold onto it. Email your snapshot to ElevatedFitnessLLC@gmail.com.
