Want to get started with on-site training?
Follow these simple steps!
1: STEP ONE
Pick your preferred location for training:
- at Cannon AFB housing
- at Athletics Evolved
- at home
- at the office
- at the gym
- at a local park (Hillcrest, Ned Houk, Green Acres)
- with or without a buddy
2: STEP TWO
Decide how much time you are willing to dedicate to exercise each week.
3: STEP THREE
Contact us @ ElevatedFitnessLLC@gmail.com or 575.749.6756. You will be matched with an appropriate member of Team EF.
Fill out the appropriate paperwork you receive so that we may understand any limitations you may have. This information will translate into safer and more effective exercises as you work together.
Return your paperwork to your trainer and meet for an initial consultation in person or via phone, email or FaceTime / Skype.
4: STEP FOUR
Stick to the program that your trainer designs specifically for you. Keep the doors of communication open and be honest with him or her about your eating and exercise habits. Understand that he/she can only help you if you are open to helping yourself. Investing in training isn’t the golden ticket to achieving your goals. Put yourself in the right frame of mind and commit to making a positive change in your life.
