Old School Intervals will take you back. Maybe not way back, but pretty far. Enjoy some old and newer hip hop tunes as you surge between higher and lower intensity intervals. Finish strong with Eminem and NBN.
**If you need to cut a few tracks for time, eliminate Summertime, Can't Touch This, Yeah!, and Low. Total time: 36 minutes-ish. Remember, shorter duration = higher intensity.

This playlist is a couple of years old, but has some good tunes with a mix of moves. Lots of climbing.
If you need to cut time, remove MoneyGrabber thru Ride to California + one of the two cool-down tracks. This will drop the run time ~35 minutes.

This is one of the first real rides that I created during my first year as an instructor...back in 2004. Classic rock isn't for everyone (you know who you are, EDM-ers), but these tracks have always gotten good reviews from my students.
For a ~40 minute ride, cut You Really Got Me, Start Me Up, We Gotta Get Out of This Place, Brown Sugar, Fortunate One, and We are the Champions.
